Preferred: Minimum 1 year of professional Field Marketing experience and a strong network of local brand partners and influencers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute brand activations and events, engage consumers to enhance brand loyalty, assist in product seeding with partners and influencers, transport products to events, complete event recaps, adapt messaging for market, perform product sampling, merchandise accounts, and support brand partners.

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Brand Builders engage with consumers to promote products and share company values in a flexible, part-time role within Ventura, CA, enhancing brand awareness and driving sales through community events and activations.

The Task At-Hand:
Brand Builders are the face of our brand. Their primary role is to engage with consumers, educating them on our lineup of products and company core values that make us unique in the industry. As a Brand Builder, you'll work in both on and off-premise accounts, help execute brand activations and events, seed products with partners, athletes, and influencers, and help spread the story of our products on a part-time, flexible schedule in Ventura, CA.
Who You Are:
You are a charismatic, self-starter with a passion for engaging with people. You understand the importance of experiential marketing and you have at least 1 year of experience engaging with consumers and executing unique activations that increase brand awareness, customer loyalty and drive sales.

In This Role You Will:
  • Execute experiential brand activations and events including but not limited to community events, curated brand events, festivals, happy hours, and on/off-premise tastings.
  • Engage consumers and create a unique experience to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and drive sales.
  • Assist the Brand Manager in seeding products with key brand partners, athletes, and influencers that align with the overall JuneShine Brands strategy for either Easy Rider or JuneShine products.
  • Transport product and marketing materials to and from off-site events and retailers.
  • Setup/breakdown, maintain, and clean materials including but not limited to coolers, POS, Jockey box, and all corresponding parts.
  • Complete event recaps communicating consumer feedback and detailed information about event performance.
  • Adapt the product's core messaging to connect authentically in the assigned market and brand.
  • Perform 2 to 3-hour sampling events at retail and on-premise accounts.
  • Engage with staff and consumers on product story, flavor, and benefits.
  • Complete demo recap communicating consumer feedback, inventory, etc.
  • Merchandise and seek incremental opportunities to grow JuneShine Brand's products within accounts.
  • Assist the Brand Director and Coordinator to seed products with key brand partners, athletes, and influencers that align with the overall company and product strategy.
  • Additional duties as needed.

Must Haves:
  • 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • Valid applicable state/county Responsible Alcohol Service certification required by start date (RBS).
  • Must reside in Ventura, CA with reliable transportation.
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Interpersonal, energetic and confident in engaging with customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods required.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company.

Preferred:
  • Minimum 1 year of professional Field Marketing experience.
  • Strong network of local brand partners and influencers.

Compensation:
  • Part-Time, Hourly ($21.00), Non-Exempt
