Brand Consulting - Account Manager, Entertainment Partnerships
LOCATION
Based out of the New York offices, this role is onsite/in office Tuesday thru Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in sports & entertainment consulting, established relationships in the industry, exceptional communication skills, and project management abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day marquee entertainment partnerships, lead planning of events and activations, oversee creative development processes, develop activation plans, and track budgets while delivering compelling communications.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The CAA Brand Consulting Account Manager will manage key entertainment partnerships and execute activations for a telecommunications client, ensuring effective collaboration across internal teams and agencies.
- Day to day management of existing marquee entertainment partnerships including communication directly with partners and properties, organization of project plans and asset tracking documents
- Lead overall planning of events and activations, working with internal account team, experiential/production team, creative team, client team and external agency partners
- Lead development and management of experiential activations at major entertainment events
- Aid in development & manage day to day execution of contractual assets, including on-site event benefits, digital campaigns, social and content
- Manage development of integrated marketing and sponsorship activation plans, showcasing how on-site, in-market, digital, social, PR, and other channels come to life (360 activation plan)
- Liase with Entertainment Talent team on recommendations, management of talent deals and integration into programming and events
- Oversee & facilitate the creative development process of marketing materials, experiential assets and event-related creative (includes briefing designers & obtaining internal & client approvals)
- Work with other team functions (e.g. Creative, Experiential, Data & Insights/Consumer Trends, etc.) to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Develop and deliver compelling written and verbal communications
- Create presentations for key meetings internally and externally
- Track activation budgets with accountability for reporting
- Develop and lead event recaps inclusive of data and analytics and partner agency results
- Develop relationships across CAA to find and promote new opportunities to client
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience in sports & entertainment consulting environment, agency, property or brand
- Established relationships with properties and entities in the sports & entertainment marketing world
- Best-in-class client servicing and relationship building
- Project management and big picture thinking abilities while also being creative
- Strong understanding of experiential planning and development process
- Previous on-site experience activating on behalf of brands
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to “think on one’s feet” in a fast-paced, agency environment
- Ability to balance and progress multiple projects and project components at one time, on tight timelines
- Solution oriented
- Ability to travel and attend work events outside normal business hours on an as needed basis
- Strong organization skills
- Experience planning and activating at a music festival and/or artist tour
