Brand Manager

Rock Star Productions is seeking a Brand Manager for their touring theater shows. The manager will uphold the standards of the events with the current roster of teams. They will create standardized procedures for team to implement on tour. It will be a hybrid position of 50% in-person and 50% remote work from the house.

Regular travel will be required as the manager will be traveling to shows multiple of times a month. The position is full-time and will require most weekends free. Positions is weekly salary with bonuses. Salary is based on experience.

The event duties include but are not limited to.

• Creating brand standards for events
• Training teams on those standards
• Regularly attending events in the company
• Creating new procedures to implement ideas
• Talking with team members on new ideas
• Creating company events to increase performance from teams
• Assist the Event Directors with training

Requirements

• Must be 21+
• Must be able to travel frequently
• Must by on-time and professional

• Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
