This is a full-time, onsite position. No hybrid.

Responsibilities

· Help drive omnichannel and retailer-specific marketing initiatives, creating a recognizable, integrated customer experience across multiple channels while also developing targeted, personalized strategies for key retailers to drive traffic, engagement and conversion

· Contribute to brainstorming, concept development, presentation, and execution of global and account-specific marketing plans. Evaluate opportunities and help identify blind spots against the competitor landscape

· Support and contribute to new product ideation and development, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with brand vision and market trends. Help advocate for new productive development using market data, competitive analysis and storytelling

· Maintain understanding of how social media integrates into the overall marketing framework, while collaborating with the social media team to ensure brand consistency and overall campaign effectivity. Help ensure social media tactics are laddering up to brand objectives and campaigns

· Write compelling marketing and creative briefs for the internal teams that help bring key brand moments and launches to life

· Manage the brand narrative, aesthetic, and communication strategy in partnership with senior marketing management

· Partner closely with Retail and Sales teams to secure product and promotion placement in key accounts. Own the line review process and presentations in collaboration with senior marketing management and sales leadership

· Own the internal process(es) and approvals to greenlight and execute marketing programs, new product launches and artwork updates

· Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our target audience and routinely understand the effectiveness of our marketing programs, promoting a test and learn mindset among the broader team

· Manage pricing strategy and analyses of existing and new products

· Create and present reports to senior management

· Monitor and analyze product activity at national accounts and maintain an understanding of online e-commerce activity. Assist in overseeing market research and consumer insights

· Help maintain and distribute global brand calendar to ensure cohesive efforts and ensure initiatives ladder up to key business objectives

Requirements

· Must have minimum of 5 years in Marketing, Consumer Packaged Goods or Account Management. Beauty and/or fashion brand experience highly preferred

· Possess excellent analytical and critical thinking, reasoning and problem-solving skills

· Strong interpersonal and active listening skills

· Creative and commercially-minded

· Able to inspire, lead and encourage teamwork in a collaborative environment

· Maintain high level of accomplishment with minimal supervision

· Take initiative in finding ways to improve work-related processes

· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

· Expert at multi-tasking, and handling organizational and time-management issues

· Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Software including Excel and PowerPoint Photoshop skills are a plus

· Able to work independently with internal teams such as Sales, Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing
