At AutoGrowl, you’ll:
- Serve as the outsourced CMO for franchise dealers and groups, directly influencing their success.
- Collaborate with dealership owners and general managers to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Use your expertise in digital and traditional media to ensure impactful campaigns.
- Manage and grow a small team, while remaining actively involved in campaign execution.
With a $50-60,000 base starting salary, 401(K) with employer match after three months, and clear opportunities for growth, this is a role for someone looking to make a meaningful impact for known brands in local markets while developing their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing captivating graphic content for media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Crafting and posting compelling content to engage clients and drive actions.
- Managing advertising spend budgets to maximize campaign performance.
- Engaging with online communities by responding to comments, reviews, and messages.
- Analyzing social media performance to inform strategy adjustments.
- Utilizing Airtable for efficient task management and delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance client campaigns and explore new investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years in marketing campaign management with hands-on experience in:
- Digital Marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, social media, email campaigns, and more).
- Traditional Marketing (media buying, print, vendor relations).
- Sales strategies for high-value transactions.
- Skills: Exceptional project management, graphic design, copywriting, and SEO abilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage clients and team members.
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
