Purpose/ Mission:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for strategically designing and developing comprehensive brand strategies across different territories. By collaborating closely with the commercial team and specific brand platforms, they will craft tailored marketing plans that align with overarching organizational objectives. This role involves meticulously structuring, monitoring, and optimizing marketing initiatives, investments, and brand development strategies to ensure cohesive and effective brand growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive 18-month marketing strategies for Cordialsa USA’s strategic brands (including Chiky, Granuts, Nucita, TOSH, and others), collaborating closely with brand teams to outline initiatives and allocate investments that drive brand growth and market penetration.
- Support other product lines, seeking to consolidate our brands' leadership positions in all territories.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of the marketing plan to assess performance metrics, facilitating the adjustment of strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing brand performance in the marketplace.
- Design and adjust investment plans according to market conditions and sales budget compliance. Negotiate and develop additional budget investments to support territories in complementary plans (building blocks).
- Participate in the development and structuring of product value chains.
- Consolidate POP material orders from the territories and/or season.
- Develop suppliers that allow us to strengthen our strategies and consolidate the objectives set.
- Review and approve supplier invoices.
- Schedule visits to the territories once a year to plan, verify, and adjust the defined strategies with the teams.
- Design, adjust, and control the indicators of the brands in charge to facilitate decision-making and evaluations within CUSA and with the platforms
- Design and support the launch of new products.
- Work with the sales team to develop brand planograms.
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager in consolidating area reports and indicators.
Decision Making/Level of Authority:
- The position has the responsibility/authority to approve invoices under US$5,000 based on their criteria for any expense that affects the Trade Marketing budget about promotions and Trade Marketing activities as long as it is within the contracts and commercial plans approved by the Territory Manager and Trade Marketing Manager.
- Approve purchase orders to suppliers for up to US$5,000 to obtain POP material or Point of Sale activations.
- For documents exceeding US$5,000, authorization will be requested from the Trade Marketing Manager.

Education:
- Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in the position, or a similar
- Handling of documentation
- Intermediate Excel
