Custom Brand Service, a growing leader in digital marketing specializing in email marketing, Shopify store optimization, and Klaviyo integration, seeks a dynamic and experienced Contracted Full-Time Brand Manager. This remote position requires 30+ hours weekly and is central to our commitment to providing innovative solutions and fostering long-term client relationships.Position Details

QualificationsEducational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Master's degree (MBA or similar) highly preferred
  • Continuous education or certifications in digital marketing, project management, or web development advantageous

Experience

  • 3-5 years in digital marketing or web development
  • 1-2 years in senior management or executive role
  • Proven track record in project delivery and managing large-scale web marketing campaigns
  • Expertise with Shopify, Asana, Klaviyo, Canva, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

ResponsibilitiesOperational Management

  • Collaborate with CEO and executives on company goals and growth plans
  • Lead integration of digital marketing tools and technologies
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Brand Management

  • Establish marketing strategies for clients
  • Understand client requirements, preferences, and workflow inclinations
  • Set up new client projects in Asana

Monthly Marketing Planning

  • Prepare and deliver monthly email plans by the 20th of each month
  • Conduct monthly marketing meetings with clients
  • Incorporate upcoming sales, promotions, and social media activities
  • Plan SMS blasts for applicable clients
  • Discuss effectiveness and areas for improvement with clients

Weekly Client and Designer Communication

  • Send weekly recap emails to clients and designers every Friday
  • Ensure all campaign details are collated and entered into Asana
  • Schedule meetings with Sam and clients to address communication issues

Website Management

  • Review client websites weekly for alignment with marketing content
  • Assign necessary modifications to the designated web lead
  • Update homepage content at least monthly, including banner design tasks
