Seeking a dynamic Brand Manager with expertise in digital marketing to enhance brand identity and drive e-commerce growth for Solara Labs' unique dietary supplement brands.

Background:

Solara Labs is the owner of three unique brands in the dietary supplement industry. Each of our brands is differentiated in the marketplace and has experienced significant growth since its launch. We are a small, fun team working out of Doral, and each of us enjoys rolling up our sleeves to get things done in a dynamic work environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager with a strong foundation in digital marketing to lead our e-commerce-focused brand. This role requires an expert who can build and nurture a compelling brand identity while driving growth and performance across online platforms. This is an opportunity to blend brand storytelling with data-driven strategies to elevate the brand’s presence and success in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences. Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine the brand’s positioning.

Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity and tone of voice across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events. Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, making adjustments as needed.

Product Launches: Lead the development and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and customer service.

Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay informed of consumer trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Utilize findings to inform brand strategy and campaigns.

Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are within budget and provide a strong return on investment (ROI).

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, design) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand initiatives.

Brand Reporting: Prepare regular reports on brand performance, including metrics such as brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Present findings to senior management and make data-driven recommendations.

Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the brand’s presence in the market, exploring new channels and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or a related role.
  • Prior e-commerce experience managing a portfolio of products in marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify strongly desired.
  • Knowledge and experience in the dietary supplement/nutraceutical industry, a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for building brands.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
