Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; 8+ years of experience in brand management; proven track record in developing brand strategies; strong communication and analytical skills; experience in technology industry preferred.

Keysight’s portfolio of design, emulation, and test solutions is expanding rapidly. We are reaching new markets and customers at an unprecedented pace and our focus on creating a strong Brand has never been more important.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to lead and inspire our brand team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated brand strategies that elevate Keysight's market position and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and build a strong, differentiated brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with Keysight's overall business objectives. Define and articulate Keysight's brand positioning, value proposition, and brand voice. Oversee development and maintenance of brand guidelines and style guides. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand opportunities and threats.
Brand Management & Execution: Lead and manage a high-performing brand team. Oversee development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across all channels (digital, social, events, PR, etc.). Monitor brand performance and track key metrics (e.g., brand awareness, brand perception, customer satisfaction). Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Brand Advocacy & Communication: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Serve as the brand champion within the organization, communicating brand strategies and ensuring alignment across departments. Develop and deliver compelling brand presentations and communications.
Innovation & Growth: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing. Explore and implement innovative brand experiences that resonate with target audiences. Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance Keysight's brand equity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience with B2B marketing in a brand function and brand building.
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Experience managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of brand-building principles, including brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology industry, particularly in the electronics or telecommunications sectors.
- Experience working with global brands or in international markets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with market research methodologies and tools.

California pay range: MIN $134,950.00 - MAX $246,790.00
Colorado pay range: MIN 124,950.00- MAX $208,250.00
New York pay range: MIN $ 148,080.00- MAX $246,790.00
Washington state pay range: MIN $124,950.00- MAX $208,250.00
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
This role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus Program.
