Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Manager to join
our dynamic marketing team at Better Being Company, a leading supplement company. This is a great opportunity to learn how to build and grow a brand in the supplement industry. A successful candidate will lead their brand(s) in the development and implementation of brand strategies, play a key role in the development of new products and innovation, manage brand initiatives, and contribute to the growth and visibility of several of our supplement brands. This role requires a blend of creativity, marketing, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.
Essential Functions
  • Brand Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Product Pipeline Management: Support the planning and execution of new product launches, including coordinating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, sales, and operations.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and management of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Brand Monitoring: Monitor brand performance and track key metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding efforts. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and execute promotional events, tradeshows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Sales Support: Represent the brand in partnership with the Sales team to grow the brand in the retail channel.
  • Compliance: Ensure all branding activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Job Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within CPG or the health and wellness industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong desire to work as part of a team is key to success.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Asana and DAAP.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with supplements or an interest in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to travel as needed to attend events and meetings.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and talk or hear.
  • The employee must exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, color vision, field of vision.
