We’re looking for a Brand Manager who can bridge the gap between strategy and community engagement. In this role, you’ll ensure CVG’s brand remains cohesive and impactful while fostering meaningful relationships with our audience. About the Role:
The Brand Manager will oversee CVG’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent execution across all online social platforms, while maintaining a strong focus on engaging and nurturing our community. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the brand resonates with customers, empowers our community, and drives business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Consistency:
    • Ensuring alignment with our mission, vision, and core values across all online platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure consistent brand execution across all communication channels.
  • Community Engagement & Advocacy:
    • Oversee the health and growth of our online communities, including our Facebook Group, private app, and Instagram presence.
    • Develop strategies for engaging community members, such as hosting discussions, challenges, and virtual events that align with CVG’s values.
    • Actively monitor conversations within the community, gather feedback, and share insights with internal teams to inform product and campaign improvements.
  • Content Creation & On-Camera Presence:
    • Appear in photos, videos, live streams, and other content to represent the CVG brand authentically and engagingly.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute photo shoots, video shoots, and behind-the-scenes content for marketing campaigns.
    • Help style and showcase products in photo and video content to ensure the brand’s voice and visual identity are consistent.
    • Be comfortable engaging with the community on live videos or in community content, representing the brand’s tone and personality.
    • Edit photo and video content and post on all online platforms.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
    • Plan and execute brand campaigns that resonate with the community, focusing on storytelling and connection.
    • Develop compelling visuals, copy, and content that strengthen brand loyalty and awareness.
    • Drive engagement within the community, such as exclusive product previews, promotions, or themed campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking & Insights:
    • Monitor key metrics, including engagement rates, brand sentiment, and community growth, to evaluate the impact of campaigns and initiatives.
    • Use analytics to identify trends, refine strategies, and optimize future content and campaigns.
    • Conduct regular reporting on brand health and community engagement, presenting actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Assist with behind-the-scenes tasks for photo and video shoots, including organizing fits, assisting models with selfies and the flow of the shoot, moving items as needed to all locations, and the creative flow of all content needed.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in major social media platforms for business (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ability to implement social media strategies and content with our community.
  • Passionate about our company, values, and message.
  • Expert with spreadsheets, information tracking, project management tools, and calendars.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, Capcut, and/or Premiere Pro or other photo/video editing tools.
  • Deep understanding of company brand, voice, and products.
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Positive energy and teamwork.
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Strong time management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality work within set timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines effectively in a fast paced environment.
