Brand Marketing Manager

Based in Austin, Texas, Card My Yard is the original yard greeting service that specializes in making your big day even bigger. Card My Yard is seeking a Marketing Manager with an eye for branding, digital marketing, strategic thinking, and execution. This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our company online while supporting franchisees' local marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will combine creative, analytical, and technical skills to engage and reach the target audience effectively. This position will be in office four days a week in Springville, UT, with one remote day.

• Digital Marketing: Build and manage effective digital marketing strategies.
• Agency Management: Coordinate and oversee external agency partnerships.
• Campaign Management: Collaborate with agencies to plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate content for print and digital platforms, including flyers, Canva templates, website content, blogs, social media updates, email newsletters, and advertisements.
• Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns, including segmentation, design, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to refine marketing strategies.
• Budget Management: Oversee and allocate digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to produce cohesive, high-quality marketing materials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

This role plays a crucial part in expanding Card My Yard's online presence, supporting franchisee success, and reaching our target audience with impactful marketing strategies.
