The Role


Do you have flawless leadership and execution skills? We are looking to add a Marketing Manager to our team who will take charge of essential retail marketing initiatives. You must be a self-starter, highly organized, and ready to lead marketing efforts from strategy to execution. A significant part of your role involves managing campaigns, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring plans are executed efficiently. You must be ready to own your responsibilities
while staying flexible to take on additional opportunities—at SP, we wear many sneakers.


Range: 95k- 120k DOE


This is what a day at work may be like…
  • Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive marketing plans to elevate the brand, increase sell-through, and maintain budgetary alignment.
  • Lead all functions related to brand and product marketing, ensuring campaigns are strategically planned and delivered on time.p
  • Guide teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across digital platforms, retail locations, and events.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and assignments, coordinating with both in-house teams and external vendors.
  • Track campaign performance, creating detailed reports and actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other marketing leads, to ensure alignment across all channels.
  • Create and review creative briefs to ensure clear direction and successful project outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and align with business goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends to influence strategies and maintain cultural relevance.
  • Lead team-building efforts, fostering collaboration, and ensuring clear communication within the department.
  • Balance multiple priorities and deadlines, adapting quickly to changes as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

About You…
  • 4-6 years of experience leading marketing strategies and campaigns for products and
brands across multiple channels.
  • A deep passion for retail and athletic/streetwear.
  • Proven ability to influence culture and adapt strategies to current trends.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Track record of successfully managing budgets and solving complex marketing challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Strong ability to break down complex strategies into actionable tasks.
