Brand Marketing Manager
LOCATION
Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote; candidates must reside within commuting distance of Alexandria, Virginia)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, excellent research and writing skills, and fluency in English required (foreign language proficiency is a plus).

Manage marketing content, campaigns, and events; oversee writing and editing of various materials; support sales team; manage social media, webinars, and tradeshows; collaborate with global marketing teams; and analyze website performance.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Responsible for planning and executing marketing projects to enhance brand development and support sales goals within Questel’s marketing team.
NOTE: This position requires a hybrid work schedule of three (3) days in the office and two (2) days remote each week. As such, only candidates currently residing within commuting distance of Alexandria, Virginia will be considered.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Marketing Director of Campaigns Strategy, and as an integral part of Questel’s Marketing Team, this role is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating the marketing projects to support the development of the brand and the reach of the sales goals.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage content, campaigns and events calendar for the business line
- Plan and follow the budget dedicated to the business line marketing activities
- Responsible for writing and editing blogs, whitepapers, press releases, infographics, email campaigns, and industry and vertical-specific research projects
- Research, edit, and fact check content
- Manage social media content
- Oversee webinars
- Attend industry and vertical-specific conferences
- Support sales team
- Responsible for reviewing website heatmap analytics, updating content, planning, and managing website evolutions
- Create landing pages
- Plan and manage logistics for tradeshows and events in collaboration with the marketing team
- Manage inbound lead process (SEO/SEA) working closely with the group Traffic Manager
- Work closely with Questel group marketing teams on a global scale and business line sales team
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or any combination of education, experience and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities in translation/localization project management:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience required
- Excellent research and Markcom writing skills
- Works well independently, is extremely proactive, and can organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English required, fluency in a foreign language a plus
