QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, 5+ years of marketing experience, proven track record as a Brand Manager, knowledge of marketing software, social media platforms, and Adobe products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop marketing plans, conduct market research, oversee advertising and promotional activities, plan trade shows and events, monitor KPI's, and stay updated on market trends.

Seeking a self-motivated Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for the Zebco brand, enhancing brand identity and driving market share in the fishing industry.

We’re looking for that person that is self-motivated, willing to take on challenges head-on and is able to adapt as needed to find solutions on the spot to ensure a project is executed at the highest level. The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, plans, and projects in support of the corporation’s North American revenue and market share for the Zebco brand. The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong brand identity in the fishing industry.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing, directing, and leading marketing department staff to drive aligned brand strategies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure brand consistency, and brand strategy alignment across the company.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to build brand awareness and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive insights, and use this information to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage and oversee advertising and promotional activities including: print, digital, social advertising, press releases, retail and dealer prints, and all associated branded media.
- Assist with planning and coordination for trade shows, and brand events to include promotion equipment, supervision of booth set up and tear down, and management of corporate property.
- Monitor and analyze KPI’s and make data driven decisions to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with market trends, and best practices in Brand Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years in marketing, with proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing a brand through various marketing channels.
- Solid knowledge of marketing software and social media platforms.
- Experience with Adobe products, particularly, Acrobat Pro and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to innovate.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and guide a team.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications skills.
- Fishing or Outdoor Industry experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, when attending trade shows and other events, standing for up to 8 hours a day may be requires, along with moderate lifting, bending, pushing and/or pulling.
