Job Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and creative Brand Marketing Manager to support the Brand
Director in driving marketing initiatives that elevate Edikted’s brand, enhance partnerships, and
boost customer engagement. In this role, you’ll focus on building and nurturing strategic
partnerships, exploring PR opportunities, and identifying new influencer, celebrity, and bran
collaborations to strengthen our presence. You’ll also assist with brainstorming and executing
day-to-day marketing initiatives, including new product launches, pop-up ideas, and cross-
channel campaigns. A key part of this role will be staying on top of emerging trends and pop
culture moments, using these insights to create relevant and timely marketing decisions that
connect with our audience. This is a dynamic, hands-on position with the opportunity to make a

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Collaborations:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with external brands, influencers, an
celebrities to expand Edikted’s reach and visibility.
- Explore new opportunities for co-branded campaigns, collaborations, and cross-
promotions, both online and offline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including agencies,
influencers, media, and brands in the fashion and lifestyle sector
- Collaborate with the Brand Director to strategize and execute impactful partnerships that
align with Edikted’s vision and business goals.
Public Relations & Media Outreach:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing PR opportunities to generate media coverage and brand
awareness.
- Help facilitate influencer and celebrity outreach or gifting opportunities to secur
coverage, product features, and/or endorsements in both traditional and digital media.
Brand Strategy & Marketing Initiatives:
- Support the Brand Director in creating and executing marketing strategies to drive brand
awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across digital, social, and traditional
channels.
- Assist in the planning and execution of various brand initiatives, ensuring they align with
the overall marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, product) to ensure marketing materials
and assets align with Edikted’s brand guidelines.
Customer Engagement & Trend-Driven Campaigns:
- Stay on top of emerging trends, influencers, celebrities, pop culture moments, an
relevant global events to create timely and engaging marketing activations that resonate
with our audience.
- Develop creative ideas that integrate these trends into social media campaigns, product
launches, or events to strengthen customer engagement.
Qualification
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supporting or junior
management capacity in brand marketing or partnerships.
- Proven experience managing and executing influencer, celebrity, or brand partnerships
preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, SEM, email
marketing) and how to leverage them to build brand equity.
- Experience in public relations, media outreach, or working with PR agencies to drive
brand visibility.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, social, digital) to
execute integrated campaigns.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in
a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and
communicate effectively with external partners.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently while anticipating needs.
Bonus Skills/Experience:
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms or affiliate progr
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, or marketing automation tools.
- A background in fashion or lifestyle brand marketing.
- Knowledge of celebrity endorsement strategies and how to engage talent in campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
