This individual will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, managing a team of marketing professionals, and driving impactful campaigns that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in building a brand.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and lead a team of marketing analysts and creatives to ensure alignment with company objectives and optimal performance.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
