SHORT DESCRIPTION
As a Brand Marketing Specialist at WellBiz Brands, you will execute impactful marketing strategies across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with brand vision and driving results through collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Compensation Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00/annually. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Multi-Brand Marketing Strategy & Business Acumen
- Support Brand Directors in developing strategic and tactical marketing plans, leveraging research and cross-functional insights.
- Assist in crafting go-to-market strategies, defining target personas, and building compelling value propositions.
- Translate business objectives into impactful marketing strategies and solutions.
- Author strategic briefs with actionable customer insights for creative and performance teams.
- Ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies across all touchpoints, staying ahead of trends and industry shifts.
Project Management
- Lead projects with strong organization and clear communication to keep teams aligned and on track.
- Ensure marketing assets are delivered on time to support franchisee success.
- Drive flawless execution with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Leadership and Communications
- Communicate clearly and efficiently, adapting to evolving priorities with confidence.
- Connect dots, solve problems, and influence teams to champion the brand across all levels.
- Build trusted relationships with franchise stakeholders to drive results and foster alignment.
- Act as a key liaison between marketing and corporate teams, ensuring understanding and excitement around initiatives.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years in marketing and/or project management.
- Project management certification is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Asana as a project management tool.
- Fluency across collaboration platforms such as Google/Google Drive, Slack, and Zoom.
- Strong analytical skills– able to leverage data into actionable insights to create impactful marketing programs.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing conditions with a positive attitude.
