Position Overview

The Brand Marketing Specialist provides calendar planning, project management, communications, and print buying for Bubba’s 33 National Promotions and other brand related marketing programs, to help drive overall brand awareness and growth, along with same store sales and traffic growth. This role works closely with brand marketing team leadership, the field marketing team, and cross functional teams at the Support Center.

Responsibilities

Bubba’s 33 National Promotion Calendar

  • Works closely with the Sr Director/Director, Brand Marketing, Director, Field Marketing, Graphic Design and their teams to develop national promotional calendar for Bubba’s 33
  • Manages each national promotion timeline and partners with SR Manager Design on workback schedule for all creative deliverables (across print and digital)
  • Manages print production process including timelines, store ordering process, print quotes, print orders and fulfillment
  • Partners with other functions: IT, Operations, Legal, Finance/Accounting, Food Team, Training, Purchasing and Guest Relations
  • Partners with other marketing teams to incorporate sponsorships and beverage partners
  • Leverages internal platform (Lytho) to project manage campaign deliverables across print and digital
  • Oversees content for all disclaimers, offers, and sponsor integrations
  • Oversees print materials ordering process and fulfillment to 49+ locations
  • Works on post promotion analysis, field feedback and reporting to inform future promotions
  • Ensures proofing and review process is followed including legal reviews; proofreads all materials
  • Communicates dates, ordering details and materials overview to field marketing team

Bubba’s 33 Marketing Projects

  • Supports other marketing projects and field marketing programs as needed – including LSM program development, beverage promotions, Marketing Central tools, and optional promotions
  • Supports overall Bubba’s 33 marketing team planning through projects calendar and status updates
  • Provides support for digital team planning as needed

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience: Minimum 3 years brand marketing or related agency experience
