LOCATION
Hybrid position with full-time (40 hours/week) commitment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 3 years in marketing, and familiarity with Circana or Nielsen preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage brand stewardship, ensure creative alignment, execute marketing campaigns, support sales material creation, coordinate events, develop brand ambassador program, manage CSR initiatives, and handle community/customer relations.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Ezaki Glico USA seeks a Brand Marketing Specialist to uphold brand integrity and manage partnerships while driving marketing initiatives to support corporate goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of experience in marketing.
- Familiarity with Circana or Nielsen is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Brand Stewardship and Compliance
- Uphold and manage corporate brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across identity, packaging, copy, and visual elements.
- Oversee visual and content compliance to maintain a unified corporate and brand identity.

Creative Alignment and Collaboration
- Serve as a key liaison between the Marketing Communications Manager, in-house designer and outside agencies to ensure creatives are aligned with content towards target audience as well as compliant with the corporate and brand guidelines

Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist the Marketing Communications Manager in planning and executing advertising campaigns and other marketing initiatives to achieve strategic objectives

Sales Support Materials
- Work closely with the Sales Department to create effective promotional and point-of-sale materials within the assigned budget, including catalogues, sell sheets, product copies etc.

Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate industry and community events that reflect corporate values and effectively showcase product features as well as manage the assigned budget. Examples include trade shows, special events, and community service initiatives.

Brand Ambassador Program
- Development and execution of the Glico Brand Ambassador program to drive awareness of all the Glico brands among the youth generation in the US

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Manage the GUSA Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and seek out brand partnership opportunities by fostering relationships with organizations that align with Glico’s philosophy.

Community and Customer Relations
- Manage community relations by responding to incoming customer communications and donation requests to ensure customer satisfaction; coordinate shipments related to product replacement issues, public relations opportunities, sponsorships, and others as needed.
