Join Group O as a Brand Partnerships Production Planning Coordinator, supporting the activation of entertainment and sports partnerships aimed at driving brand affinity and engagement.
Description
Group O is hiring a Brand Partnerships Production Planning Coordinator who will report directly to our client, the Director of Brand Strategy and Partnerships, with the day-to-day support of the Sports and Entertainment leads. The role will support (alongside a team of production and marketing experts) to plan. coordinate and activate entertainment partnerships and sports partnerships. Brand Partnership's core KPIs are to drive brand affinity, engagement, and traffic to our clients’ websites, all intending to improve brand perception and increase demand for products and services.

Partnerships Verticals:
- College and Pro (primarily football, basketball, softball, and lacrosse)
- Soccer (primarily MLS)
- Student athlete mentorship programs / possible NIL extensions
- Lifestyle experiences and extensions
- Red carpets and festivals
- Tune-in campaigns and digital content
- Lifestyle experiences and extensions
- Experiential activations and events
- Influencer/creator extensions
- Social media content
- Cross promotions and branded digital experiences
- Hospitality and integrations/cross promotions with consumer product marketing and B2B marketing
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
The Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Project management: day-to-day communications with agencies and working teams, developing and tracking punch lists, developing work back schedules, holding teams accountable to deadlines, slide deck creation and maintenance for regular leadership status readouts
- Production management: developing and overseeing run of show documents for onsite activations, experiential ideation and planning alongside the Partnerships Execution leads, and coordination of onsite production needs for large events (some travel may be required)
- Cross-functional planning with our internal channel marketing teams: social media, influencer, mass media (TV/online video/OLV, digital/display, paid search, radio), website, etc.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools required (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Outlook)
