LOCATION
Hybrid, with limited travel required (approximately less than 15% of time).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field; 2-4 years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, or related function; strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Project Management Software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain brand vision and strategy for Margaritaville Vacation Club; support execution of brand strategies; ensure brand integrity and messaging consistency; collaborate with various teams for integrated communication plans; manage creative materials development; and coordinate with external agencies and vendors.

As the Brand Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our brand vision and strategy for the Margaritaville Vacation Club brand. A passionate and collaborative thinker, you'll spearhead the day-to-day implementation of brand marketing plans, ensuring alignment with our objectives. Armed with superior communication and organizational skills, you'll adeptly manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, serving as the liaison with internal stakeholders and external agencies and partners, including Margaritaville Enterprises, to meet project deadlines and creative needs.
How You’ll Shine
Work closely with Brand Directors and Brand Managers to support the execution of brand strategies, aligning business objectives and fostering brand advocacy throughout the organization.
Facilitate brand elements and foundations to ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand strategy.
Assist in defining and maintaining brand integrity across customer and associate touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Creative, Content, and external Agency teams to develop integrated communication plans aligned with business objectives.
Partner with Margaritaville Enterprises to enhance Margaritaville Vacation Club’s brand presence and drive collaborative initiatives.
Champion internal brand integration through effective communication and project management.
Coordinate miscellaneous activities with external agencies/vendors.
Oversee the development of creative materials and collateral, adhering to brand guidelines.
Foster collaboration and seek partner input to ensure creative executions meet project goals.
Travel Requirements
Limited travel required. Approximately less than 15% of time.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
Demonstrated understanding of marketing planning and branding practices
Can confidently and gracefully prioritize multiple projects under time constraints and within an assigned budget
Knowledge of digital experiences, print production, and video production is a plus
Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills
Understanding of related creative tracks such as user experience, copywriting, and content strategy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Project Management Software
2-4 years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing or related function
Previous experience in travel and hospitality preferred
Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
