Brand Ambassador

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at various events and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive brand image while engaging with customers and collecting valuable feedback. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Engage in event marketing by representing the brand at trade shows, fairs, and community events.
• Collect data on customer preferences and feedback to help improve marketing strategies.
• Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and provide information about products.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall brand experience.
• Manage social media accounts during events to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Assist in food service activities when necessary, ensuring compliance with health standards.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting products and encouraging purchases.

Experience

• Previous experience in product demos or event marketing is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service background with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Experience in social media management is a plus, particularly for promoting events and engaging with audiences online.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, as they can help reach a broader audience.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and tools will be beneficial for gathering insights during events.
• A background in food service or sales can enhance your ability to connect with customers and promote our products effectively.
