Brand Ambassador

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, kind and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our medical textbook and promote our products from November 6-10. College students with an interest in pre-health professions training (medicine, nursing, PT, OT, Nutrition , Psychology and other students are welcome to apply.As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in creating brand awareness and engaging with potential customers in various settings. This position requires a passion for customer interaction and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our book. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for fostering positive relationships with consumers and driving sales through exceptional service.

Duties

• Engage with customers at events, trade shows, and retail locations to promote products and services.
• Conduct product demos and hand out flyers and book cards
• Collect data on customer feedback and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with the audience.
• Assist in event marketing efforts by coordinating logistics and promoting events.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies that drive product awareness and sales growth.
• Deliver presentations or public speaking engagements to educate audiences about the brand.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Experience in health care or premedical is advantageous for understanding consumer needs.
• Proficiency in conducting product demos that captivate potential customers.
• Familiarity with social media management to promote brand initiatives online.
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Experience in event marketing, showcasing organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
