In this position, you'll spearhead marketing initiatives across multiple channels—from Campaign Planning, Digital Media, and In-Restaurant Marketing to Local Marketing and Public Relations. As the Brand Manager, you’ll lead innovative projects that bring our brand to life, optimize performance, and enhance customer experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Create and implement tailored marketing strategies for individual restaurant locations based on market research and local demographics
  • Design and manage promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive traffic and sales
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers
  • Lead restaurant-level email communication, calendar planning, creative development, deployment, and reporting on campaigns
  • Acts as an internal marketing resource for and between the field and brand teams, as well as liaison to other cross-functional departments in the organization depending on the business need (Development department for remodels, Research department for guest-facing surveys/studies, other BBI brands for multi-concept opportunities, etc.)
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and R&D (Research & Development) to identify the implications of each marketing initiative and make recommendations for success
  • Review project results and recommendations with management, and present business solutions and marketing concepts to field management
  • Manages the development of campaign strategies and tactics to drive traffic and sales growth
  • Acts as internal brand resource, maintaining brand equity and brand pillars
  • Coordinates stakeholder communication, including field communication, calendar planning, campaign development, marketing promotions, deployment, and reporting on campaigns
  • Leads digital activity as it relates to channel planning, communication hierarchy, and product alignment
  • Leads marketing team in the development of strategic marketing plans. This may include researching competitor marketing, reviewing and summarizing data on potential or existing customers
  • Manages the development of projects that may include working with external vendors and reviewing/editing contracts, MSAs, and Scope of Works
  • Manages brand-level marketing budget, including planning, invoicing, and monthly reconciliation

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field, MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant marketing experience in a fast-paced consumer-oriented marketing environment with demonstrated success of building strong brands
  • Direct people management experience a plus
