QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in data science, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Business Intelligence tools; familiarity with SQL and ETL processes; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help us leverage data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our organization.
As a key member of the APB team, you will work across all business functions, gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to deliver actionable insights. Your expertise in analytics, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration will enable you to identify opportunities for growth, support business objectives, and ensure the company remains a category disruptor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather, analyze, and organize data to support business planning and decision-making.
- Design and build dashboards, reports, and "what-if" models to deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data through strong governance practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to identify data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Support strategic planning by aligning analytics with business goals and identifying new tools to enhance decision-making.
- Provide training and support to team members on analytics tools and insights interpretation.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Drive continuous improvement in demand planning and inventory optimization strategies.
- Collaborate on special projects, including category management and supply-side decision-making.
- Deliver insights on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
Scenario Planning and Risk Analysis:
- Develop and analyze predictive models and scenario planning to assess risks and opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize decision-making.
Emerging Technologies and Best Practices:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, or other tools for enhanced insights.
QUAIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Experience and Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Familiarity with SQL or other querying languages and data pipelines (ETL processes).
- Understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques is a plus.
- Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus.
Analytical and Collaborative Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to communicate complex data to various audiences in a compelling way.
- Passion for data, technology, and strategic business solutions.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or category management analytics.
- Leadership in applying and scaling analytics techniques across datasets and systems.

- Salary range: $70,000-$85,000 based on experience
