QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; 5-7 years of data analytics and business experience in credit card products; strong SAS and SQL skills; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Existing Customer Marketing team by analyzing data to understand program performance, develop dashboards, conduct analyses for actionable insights, hypothesize and design tests for improving program performance, and collaborate with Finance and business leads on business cases and P&L impacts.

Role: The Business Analyst role will support the Existing Customer Marketing team to understand the performance of programs that support the existing customer experience, and delivery against teams KPIs.
What a day is like:
- Define and develop dashboards on KPIs that quantify the health of our customer accounts and key programmatic initiatives
- Conduct analyses that identify issues and opportunities impacting our customers, including actionable recommendations that quantifiably change outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads to derive insights from data
- Establish proactive monitoring to identify and address issues in existing programs
- Refine financial expectations for new marketing programs based on experience of past programs, changes to upcoming campaigns and the macro-economic environment
Test Design
- Partner with business leads to hypothesize and design tests to improve program performance against key objectives
- Partner closely with Finance team to set expectations for P&L impacts for any new test design
- Partner with business leads to develop business cases to support new test initiatives
You’re perfect for this role if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of data analytics and business experience, specifically in credit card products
- Strong SAS and SQL skills
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, synthesize data, and provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data insights to cross-functional teams
- Ability to perform A/B testing and analyze experimental results
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for solving complex problems
- Experience using data to tell compelling stories
