Commission-Only Sales Rep (Coaching Lenders & Realtors to Grow Their Business)

Description: Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for coaching and mentoring? Blue Castle Title Services is looking for 2 commission-only Sales Reps who are eager to help lenders and realtors elevate their businesses. In this role, you'll coach industry professionals on effective marketing strategies, business growth, and leveraging our tools and resources to maximize their success. We provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach lenders and realtors on how to market their businesses and increase their reach.
• Provide strategies to grow their businesses through effective use of marketing tools and industry insights.
• Guide clients through using Blue Castle Title Services’ tools to streamline their operations and enhance their client experiences.
• Build long-lasting relationships with lenders and realtors to drive loyalty and business growth.
• Work directly with our team to customize marketing strategies and solutions for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in sales, particularly in real estate, title services, or related fields.
• Ability to teach, mentor, and coach others on marketing and business growth.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed in a commission-only role.
• Strong communication skills and an understanding of the needs of lenders and realtors.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, as we work with diverse communities.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
