Job Duties:

As a Business Development Specialist Paul Davis Restoration, you'll be instrumental in shaping our market position by identifying, developing, and closing key business relationships. You'll be a trendsetter, researching industry events and publications to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on emerging opportunities. We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our Marketing Department and play a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic relationship-building and sales expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Champion the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity in all interactions
• Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to enhance profitability
• Evaluate and optimize sales strategies
• Cultivate client relationships and foster industry partnerships through office visits, events, and strategic cold calling
• Identify new clients through proactive networking and research
• Maintain a calendar of targeted business-to-business visits
• Utilize marketing technology software to streamline CRM processes and track sales activities
• Build and maintain customer loyalty through positive, trust-based relationships
• Interpret and respond to lead sources effectively
• Establish positive relationships within the local community and participate in relevant events and programs
• Proactively seek out and capitalize on potential opportunities

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

2+ years relevant marketing or sales experience.

Restoration, construction, home service, and/or insurance industry experience ideal.
