The Business Development Assistant will aid in driving the growth of AllwellO cold-pressed juices through e-commerce platforms, enhancing online sales strategies, and supporting the sales team in executing business development initiatives.

About Platinum Goods

Platinum Goods is a leading company in the development of private-label consumer packaged goods (CPG). We partner with major retailers and are expanding our online presence. We are currently looking for a Business Development Assistant to support our sales team and help drive the growth of our AllwellO cold-pressed juices and wellness shots on Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.

Job Summary

The Business Development Assistant will support the sales team, manage e-commerce operations, and optimize online sales strategies. This role requires experience with digital marketplaces, sales support, and e-commerce growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Business Development

  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing sales reports, and conducting market research.
  • Identify new online sales opportunities and assist in developing strategies to expand our presence on Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
  • Support outreach to potential B2B partners and retail buyers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide actionable insights.

E-commerce & Online Sales Growth

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement pricing, promotional, and advertising strategies to drive sales.
  • Assist with the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, recommending strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention.

Operational & Customer Support

  • Work with fulfillment partners to ensure smooth order processing and inventory management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to improve satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate product data, images, and descriptions across all platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years in e-commerce sales, online marketing, or sales support roles.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and other marketplaces.
  • Marketing & Sales Skills: Knowledge of PPC advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media promotions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics And others.).
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to support sales and customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated & Organized: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with private label products and B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Advertising, Shopify apps, and e-commerce automation tools.
  • Understanding of inventory management and fulfillment processes (including Amazon FBA).
  • Background in working with CPG brands or retail partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
