Seeking a Business Development Associate to promote wound care services, build partnerships with healthcare facilities, and implement marketing strategies while maintaining client relationships.
We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Business Development Associate to promote our wound care services and build strong partnerships with healthcare facilities. This role involves marketing our services, identifying potential clients, and acting as a liaison between facilities and our clinical team. The ideal candidate has a passion for healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish meaningful connections within the healthcare community.
Marketing & Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote wound care services to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and healthcare organizations.
Represent the company at healthcare marketing events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Create and distribute marketing materials that highlight the benefits of our wound care services.
Develop a pipeline of potential clients through cold calls, site visits, and networking events.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare administrators, directors of nursing, case managers, and other decision-makers.
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and lunch-and-learns to educate potential clients about wound care solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner facilities, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Educate potential clients on the benefits and capabilities of our wound care services through presentations, meetings, and follow-up discussions.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and target healthcare facilities and organizations with a need for wound care services.
Research and assess market trends to uncover new opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize outreach and develop tailored approaches for each client.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track marketing activities, outreach efforts, and client engagement.
Provide regular reports on marketing performance, client feedback, and growth opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest improvements.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
