Job Summary:
The BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communication, scheduling appointments, and providing top-tier service. This role plays a critical part in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the dealership’s sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Schedule sales appointments efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective customers and nurture leads.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle inventory, promotions, and services.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
