Seeking a Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships with employers and healthcare providers, and drive new patient acquisition for Chiro One Wellness Centers.

Chiro One Wellness Centers, a TVG-Medulla, LLC company, is a high-growth, high-quality chiropractic care organization with over 140+ clinics across the nation. Our mission is to lead our patients and communities to a life of optimum health and wellness through education and service. Chiro One Wellness Centers provide non-invasive, drug-free chiropractic care to thousands of patients each month.

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Director with 10+ years of experience to lead our growth initiatives in building strategic partnerships with employers, physicians, and healthcare providers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value partnership opportunities, cultivating long-term referral relationships, and driving new patient acquisition for our chiropractic clinics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing partnerships within the healthcare industry, specifically targeting employers and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Target Potential Partners:
    • Proactively research and identify high-potential employers, physician networks, payors, and healthcare organizations to generate patient referrals for our clinics.
    • Create and implement strategic outreach plans that align with our services.
    • Prioritize and qualify leads based on market needs, referral potential, and geographic alignment with our clinic locations.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships:
    • Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers such as employers, HR departments, benefits managers, and physicians.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all business development efforts, ensuring exceptional relationship management and communication.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and educational sessions to showcase the value of chiropractic care and the benefits of referring patients to our clinics.
  • Create and Manage Referral Programs:
    • Develop and manage tailored referral programs for businesses and physicians, aligning with their needs and incentivizing referrals.
    • Work alongside marketing teams to create co-branded marketing materials, wellness initiatives, and educational content to support partnership growth.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of referral programs, adjusting strategies as needed to drive higher engagement and patient volume.
  • Negotiate and Secure Partnerships:
    • Lead negotiations with employers, physician networks, and healthcare organizations to secure formal partnership agreements and referral arrangements.
    • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure contracts and partnerships comply with healthcare regulations and business objectives.
  • Market and Promote Chiropractic Services:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to position our clinics as the preferred provider of chiropractic services for employees and patients of partner organizations.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and cultivate relationships with key industry players.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze partnership performance, patient acquisition data, and ROI to inform business decisions and optimize partnership strategies.
    • Provide regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, progress toward goals, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with clinic operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth integration of new referral partnerships and seamless onboarding of referred patients.
    • Assist with identifying opportunities for clinic expansion and new markets based on partnership trends and feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field (required). Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of building referral networks.
    • Extensive experience working with employers, HR departments, and physicians in the healthcare space to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • A strong network of contacts in the healthcare and/or chiropractic industry is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive results by implementing effective business development strategies.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, wellness programs, and the chiropractic industry.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
