About You
The Business Development Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to fulfillment. This role also involves nurturing client relationships, managing strategic partnerships, and supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Handover
- Oversee the transition from sales to fulfillment, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover process.
- Facilitate internal kickoff meetings with relevant teams to align on client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead client kickoff meetings, setting clear expectations and maintaining open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring that the agreed scope of work (SOW) is met and addressing any issues as they arise.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any concerns or challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met and to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client portfolio to drive business growth.
Partnership Management
- Manage and oversee all existing GH partnerships, ensuring the maximization of mutual value.
- Actively seek out new strategic partnership opportunities that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales-related activities.
- Support the discovery and qualification of leads, potentially taking part in discovery meetings to assess client needs and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client success, relationship management, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively across teams.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Experience in partnership management and business development.
