QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business or similar, two or more years of sales/business development experience, experience with Salesforce (preferred), excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate prospecting lists, engage with prospects, book outbound meetings, deliver marketing content, research market stakeholders, follow up on existing contacts in CRM, utilize sales tools, and maintain accurate feedback in Salesforce.

Although this position is remote, candidates must be based out of the Atlanta, GA area.

POSITION OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
This role is responsible for lead generation, through identifying and qualifying potential customers. This role will also contribute to the marketing strategy by providing valuable insights from their interactions with prospects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • Generate prospecting lists of decision-makers in target accounts using compliant and accurate contact data.
  • Follow up and engage with prospects who have enquired about the company’s product or service.
  • Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking with potential customers.
  • Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects.
  • Research the market to identify stakeholders.
  • Follow up on existing contacts in CRM to identify new sales leads.
  • Use LinkedIn, Salesforce, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence to improve processes.
  • Enter accurate notes into Salesforce to maintain feedback from prospective customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar required.
  • Two or more years of sales/business development experience.
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce (preferred) or another CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, effective management of time.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
