Drive business growth by building a private pay business, performing client assessments, managing prospects in a CRM, executing marketing campaigns, establishing partnerships, and engaging in community outreach. Collaborate with Client Services Managers to ensure smooth care setup.

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a Business Development Specialist to enhance business growth through strategic sales and relationship management in the La Mesa and Poway areas.

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and client relationship management. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development, we want to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Build new Private Pay Business in both La Mesa and Poway territories.
  • Perform client assessments and set up care schedules; coordinate with the office staff to ensure client starts in a timely manner.
  • Manage Prospects List on Wellsky Personal Care (CRM).
  • Responsible for all calls from Lead Generations and managing follow up.
  • Book new Client assessments.
  • Set up and manage drip marketing campaigns through Hubspot.
  • Utilize loom and social media for marketing outreach and prospect follow up.
  • Be the expert on Life Profile, flexHome and future SH programs.
  • Build relationships and partnerships throughout both territories with new and existing referral partners.
  • Attend conferences, host marketing events in Center of Excellence (COE), and host the Caregiver Support Group.
  • Arrange and host presentations and lunch and learns for future and current referral partners
  • Attend and engage in Community Outreach Projects.
  • Work with the Client Services Managers in both La Mesa and Poway to get care set up and running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, working with the elderly and/or disabled, ideally as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Occupational Therapist, LVN, Social Worker or Case Manager.
  • Have at least 1 year experience working in Home Health, Hospice, or a skilled or long-term care setting.
  • Experience in managing and growing a sales network
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
  • Comfortable with public speaking, educating the community and being on

camera.

  • Experience managing flow of clients and referral partners through a CRM.
  • Proficient Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Microsoft teams)
  • Ability to demonstrate positive sales results, excellent communications, and professional practices.
  • Must be required to satisfy a criminal background, alcohol, and drug check.
  • Valid Driver’s license and automobile insurance that is in accordance with California state requirements.

Compensation Package:

Pay: From $66,000.00 per year

  • Commission pay
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • Evenings as needed
  • Weekends as needed
