The Vice President of Business Development will lead the organization's efforts in sales, marketing, and physician recruitment, ensuring continued success as a leader in the healthcare industry. This role is vital to shaping the future of the organization by aligning business objectives, fostering innovation, and delivering measurable results. This position has a competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.

Job Functions:

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to drive success and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and drive business growth
  • Secure contracts with hospitals, imaging centers, clinics, and other providers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Establish and manage a physician recruiting team to design and execute strategies
  • Collaborate with various groups to develop a talent pipeline
  • Lead, manage, and mentor employees across sales, marketing, and physician recruitment
  • Promote a team culture of high performance and accountability
  • Enhance retention through competitive compensation, mentorship, professional development opportunities, and effective performance management
  • Oversee brand development initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence and reputation
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and expand the companys professional network
  • Oversee and effectively manage budgets for sales, marketing, and recruitment functions
