QUALIFICATIONS
Prior success in B2B sales, competitive and driven personality, results-oriented vision, prior CRM experience preferred, Spanish language proficiency required. Staffing B2B sales experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage in B2B sales and business development, connect with local businesses to discuss hiring needs, prospect businesses to identify staffing solution users, and build and maintain relationships with decision makers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- B2B Sales/Business Development/Networking
- Connecting with local businesses and their decision makers and discuss their hiring needs
- Prospect businesses in the area to determine who currently uses staffing solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses and their decision makers
What You’ll Need to Have:
- Prior success with B2B Sales
- A competitive and driven personality
- A results-oriented vision and desire to work in a growing environment
- Prior CRM experience preferred
