Business Management Trainee Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers and clients to understand their unique wants and needs, and recommend tailored solutions when closing sales
• Assist the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns on behalf of Verizon’s FiOS program
• Oversee the training and development of new Business Management Trainees to ensure a thorough understanding of company policies, operations, and sales goals
• Track KPIs and sales metrics to ensure company goals are met and areas for improvement are identified
• Run team meetings designed to develop and improve sales and customer engagement tactics

Business Management Trainee Education & Experience:

• B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related client-facing role
• Proven leadership or team-based experience (sports, clubs, campus organizations, etc.)

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
