Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to be based in our Long Beach, CA office to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Aligned in supporting Outside Sales Regional Leads in developing new business within a team inside/outside strategy and working directly and indirectly with business customers to drive new business and support clients and sales with new business growth and all aspects of quoting to customer service delivery.
- Prospecting, Quoting, Sales Networking, Service Delivery, Onboarding and Overall Customer Satisfaction
- BSA works and reports directly to the Region Sales Leader across the region and performance objectives are aligned and measured every month with quarterly MBO targets based on the needs of business and align with key business growth across the region they serve.
- BSA's will build a business strategy with Regional Sales Lead across their region and drive daily activities to support regional sales and outside sellers across the region to achieve growth targets across CTS Mobility Stack of products and services.
- BSA's will be responsible for following up directly with clients on proposals generated, attending joint and digital client and sales strategy meetings with teams they support, and being measured around the business growth of the overall team.
- Some Business travel may be required including customer meetings, marketing events, and other business meetings as required with notice.
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, ensuring that only the highest level of integrity is always utilized.
- Provides backup support to Departments/Projects on an as-needed basis.
- Performs other work-related duties and projects as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus.
Full Time.
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 annually
