Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Assistant Contractor to join our team. This role requires 4-8 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend availability as needed. Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms.
  • Team Coordination: Help in managing staff schedules, meetings, and tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communication: Respond to emails and handle invoice processing with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Course Organization: Collaborate in organizing and auditing courses to maintain high educational standards.
  • SEO Checks: Perform routine SEO audits to enhance online visibility and search engine ranking.
  • Timeline Management: Organize and maintain the owner's timeline to ensure all deadlines and commitments are met.
  • General Support: Assist in various aspects of running the company, providing support where needed.
