Position Overview: The Business Development Associate will support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients. This role involves lead generation, market research, and collaboration with the sales team to drive revenue through ERP software and consulting services sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research potential clients, initiate outreach through cold calls and emails, and generate qualified leads.

  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, sales materials and presentation content while collaborating with the sales team to manage the pipeline.

  • Reporting: Track key metrics and report on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Entry level or 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Goal-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
