Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in identifying new markets and clients, particularly within the construction and real estate sectors, and driving lead generation efforts. In this position, you will leverage CRM systems to streamline operations, train customer service teams, and develop strategic policies that align with BOXABL’s business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients and business opportunities within the construction, real estate, and modular building markets.
- Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize market trends and data to discover new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Oversee and optimize the use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, tracking, and reporting of sales activities.
- Collaborate with IT and sales teams to implement system enhancements that support business goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on BOXABL’s product features, communication skills, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset within the customer service team to maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement policies to streamline business development processes and ensure consistency.
- Regularly review and update policies based on evolving market conditions and company needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to align policies with BOXABL’s overall business operations.
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to support company growth.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on lead generation and CRM management.
- Experience in the construction, real estate, or modular building industries is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver customer service training programs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing and implementing business development policies.
