GymMembersNow is a rapidly growing marketing and consulting agency helping Gyms acquire new Members and Training clients through our proven 3 steps process which consists of Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, and Sales/Operational Coaching. We have a combined 40+ years in the fitness industry alone and are just scratching the surface when it comes to helping gyms grow and scale their business.

The Specific Roles for A Business Development Representative Position are:

  • Lead Qualification: Promptly call to run a quick discovery to create and doubt from inbound leads from various sources (e.g., web forms, social media, emails, and ads).
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book qualified prospects for sales consultations with designated closers or sales representatives.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Manage follow-ups with unresponsive leads to re-engage them and secure appointments.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log lead interactions and update status in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel).
  • Communication: Use phone, SMS, email, and chat to engage leads and answer basic questions about products/services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs between leads and closers.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on lead flow, appointment booking, and conversion metrics.
  • Script Adherence: Use and refine call scripts for efficient lead engagement and qualification.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in the lead intake process and suggest improvements to optimize response times and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role (e.g., appointment setting, lead qualification, inbound sales).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Close.io, Aloware, GoHighLevel) and communication tools (e.g., Slack).
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Sales Awareness: Understanding of the sales funnel and experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify lead needs and match them with relevant solutions or resources.
  • Team Player: Experience working in collaboration with sales teams to achieve shared targets and goals.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary to respond promptly to incoming leads.
