Business Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. This position requires a blend of marketing knowledge and customer service skills to effectively engage with our clients and promote our products and services.

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via direct marketing.
• Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with and be apart of the marketing team to develop content marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
• Implement direct marketing initiatives to drive engagement and retention among customers.
• Utilize data entry skills to update data as necessary, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product management.
• Engage in social media marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, print advertising, email marketing, e-commerce, and social media marketing.
• Familiarity with Excel is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer engagement; willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Experience in product management is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
