As a Campaign Coordinator, you will manage marketing campaigns, support demand generation efforts, and optimize workflows to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Campaign Coordinator on our Demand Gen team, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, administering our marketing automation platform, and supporting demand generation initiatives for new business, customer marketing, and partner marketing channels. This individual will ensure the seamless execution of campaigns that generate leads and nurture prospects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management:
- Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets
- Project managing all campaign elements and maintaining consistent, effective communication with all stakeholders
- Working with our referral partners to develop lead generation campaigns and identify co-marketing opportunities.
- Collaborating with team members to create compelling campaign content that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning
- Creating compelling emails, landing pages, and forms to engage campaign audiences and generate hand-raisers
- Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
Marketing Automation:
- Develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows using HubSpot to support lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging assets for automated campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and CTAs
- Segment the database to ensure personalized, relevant messaging tailored to specific audience personas and stages of the buyer’s journey
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role
- Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of Hubspot and SalesForce
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing channels
- Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out in our SMB/MM market
