About Your Work
The Clinical Programs Campaign Manager will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing campaigns aimed at promoting clinical programs, improving patient engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations, as well as expertise in digital and traditional campaign management.
You Will Focus On:
Campaign Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement strategic campaigns to promote clinical programs and increase participation in clinical programs.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are accurately aligned with medical objectives and patient care standards.
- Identify target patient demographics and clinical populations, focusing on outreach that resonates with specific needs and health conditions.
Execution and Management
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, educational materials, and digital assets that convey complex clinical information in a clear and patient-friendly manner.
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, digital marketing, content, and external agencies, to produce cohesive and effective campaigns.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all campaign materials and messaging comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, NCQA,HEIDS guidelines) and ethical standards in clinical marketing.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to secure approvals and maintain records of regulatory adherence.
- Stay informed on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to clinical and healthcare marketing.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, utilizing metrics such as patient engagement, enrollment rates, and conversion statistics.
- Use data insights to make recommendations for future campaigns, optimizing strategies to increase effectiveness and patient impact.
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, demonstrating campaign ROI and alignment with organizational goals.
Patient Outreach and Engagement
- Design patient-centered campaigns that foster trust and encourage participation, using empathy-driven messaging that respects patient experiences and concerns.
- Utilize multiple outreach channels, such as digital marketing, social media, email, and community events, to reach a diverse patient population.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to capture patient insights and continuously improve communication strategies based on patient needs.
The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in healthcare, clinical programs.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and ethical considerations in clinical marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns that involve patient outreach or clinical trial recruitment.
- Proficiency with campaign management tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics software.
- Advanced Excel and intermediate level Sequel knowledge desired.
- Experience in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or software is a plus.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed in our salary posting for transparency but may vary based on factors including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location. This base pay range is specific to California and can vary based on Bay Area, Metro LA, and Greater California regions which may not be applicable to other locations.

Physical Requirements: Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork – Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of workday.
