QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of B2B marketing campaign planning and implementation experience, expertise in email marketing, paid channels, social media, and CRM tools (Pardot, Hubspot).

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Ookla is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to drive creative strategy and demand generation efforts, managing campaigns and utilizing data to enhance acquisition and conversion rates.
The Role/Opportunity:
Expectations for Success
- Drive the success of multichannel campaigns across multiple product lines.
- Optimize campaign performance through creative testing to drive acquisition across products
- Work closely with product marketing, content, partner, and events teams to track and deliver KPIs for actionable insights.
- Institute A/B testing to improve subject lines, content variations, layout, CTAs, etc.
- Establish regular reporting to continuously refine our approach and understand what works best for different audiences and stages in the funnel.
- Coordinate across product lines to look for cross-sell and upsell messaging opportunities.
- Experiment to improve email open rates, CTR, CPL, and conversions
Create strong project management to track what is being said, when campaigns are pushed, who we are targeting, and where the emails are going
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years B2B Marketing Campaign planning, implementation and reporting experience
- Comfortable working in Salesforce
- Demand generation, cross-sell, up-sell campaign development experience
- Willingness to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams (including strategy, product, and creative teams)
- A willingness to understand our customer marketing and complex buyer journeys.
- A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.
- Expertise in email marketing, paid channels, social media, and content marketing.
- Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities, Pardot and Hubspot preferred
- Program management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The desire to roll up your sleeves and be a great teammate
Experience with Google Looker Studio or Tableau to report on performance metrics
- Experience working with a telecom or compute networking company
- Well-versed in Google suite
- Familiar with Confluence or other documentation and knowledge-sharing tools
- Familiar with Asana or other project management tools
Experience tracking attribution within a two-tier distribution model
