The Campaign Solutions Marketing Manager at Pax8 will lead the Go-to-Market strategy for Security solutions, focusing on integrated marketing plans that drive revenue growth and optimize audience engagement through data-driven insights.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Campaign Solutions Marketing Manager is a key player on the America's marketing team, driving the Go-to-Market strategy for Pax8 Security solutions practice. This role centers on creating and executing fully integrated and innovative marketing plans that help support revenue growth across our Security solutions offering.
The Campaign Solutions Marketing Manager is a data-driven marketer passionate about influencing outcomes. They advise on marketing strategy and GTM execution for the Security solutions practice in the Americas, supporting a full security stack (email security, end-point security, MDR, MFA, etc.) and representing various vendor partners. They provide strategy, insight, and execution to drive growth through new acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and retention across the Partner journey. They excel in building targeted marketing strategies and continuously optimizing through audience segmentation, journey mapping, and market positioning.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills are essential. The Campaign Solutions Marketing Manager will collaborate with Security solutions teams, vendors, PMO, Marketing Operations, Corporate Marketing, Partner Experience (PX), and America's Marketing delivery teams. This role also guides other regions to adopt similar strategies and execution.
The Campaign Solutions Marketing Manager has proven B2B marketing experience, with B2B2C as a strong plus. They understand revenue marketing across the funnel and have partnered with Demand Marketing, Field Marketing, and Channel Events, working cross-functionally with Sales and Sales Enablement.
To succeed in this role, the Campaign Solutions Marketing Manager must thrive in an agile environment, be naturally curious, and manage capacity and budget targets effectively. They should be driven by revenue performance metrics such as MQLs, marketing funnel ratios, and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
Essential Responsibilities :
Develops integrated GTM marketing plans and manages campaign strategy, clearly communicating ROI expectations and performance to stakeholders and SMEs Evaluates and optimizes marketing performance using data-driven insights, delivering consistent performance updates to key stakeholders. Thoughtfully curates and understands segment strategy and application to marketing across the marketing funnel and partner journey to build effective assets that drive the GTM motions. Gains near-expert understanding of the solution category, including competitive landscape, trends, and cross-solution integration. Documents strategy and effectively presents concepts across various stakeholder groups to communicate strategy and outcomes, while making strategic recommendations on optimization of process and outcomes. Participates in key events and programs to stay updated on emerging thought leadership within the channel.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- 4-6+ years of B2B marketing experience in a technology-based environment, with proven experience in a Campaign Solutions or Campaign Management role. Experience supporting Managed Service Providers (MSPs and Security solutions a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience creating and delivering strategic and integrated GTM plans using large data sets to identify white space opportunity, target audience details, and overall campaign performance KPIs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment.
- Ability to think strategically while also executing daily deliverables with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and persuasive speaking skills to various stakeholder levels with experience pitching marketing concepts, accepting feedback, implementing ideas, and reporting outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with marketing and project management software (Workfront, Miro, Salesforce, and Marketo a plus).
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, in a late-stage start-up culture.

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $95,000 to $120,000, or more depending on experience.
