Position Overview

As a Campaign Strategist, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You’ll work closely with clients, the creative team, and other internal stakeholders to craft compelling campaigns across various digital platforms. Your expertise in data analysis, customer insights, and creative problem-solving will ensure that every campaign delivers high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign strategies, providing regular updates, reporting, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, content creators, digital marketers, and media buyers to bring campaign strategies to life.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance campaign strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets and resources effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaign elements, including audience targeting, creative assets, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for clients, analyzing key metrics like ROI, CPC, CPL, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign strategy, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, display, social media, email, and SEO.
  • Expertise in data analysis and performance metrics—ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.
  • Strong project management skills with experience working in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and how to craft targeted messaging.

Job Type: Full-time
